Booking Terms & Conditions
Please read the booking terms and conditions carefully before completing a booking, our management team are happy to answer any questions.
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern all online bookings and reservations made with Greens Beach Caravan Park (“we”, “us”, “our”). By making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Reservations & Payments
All bookings must be made online through our official website or manually through the reservations manager.
A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Full payment is to be made 7 days prior to arrival unless otherwise specified.
Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or other online payment methods as accepted by us.
A confirmation email will be sent once your booking is successfully processed.
Future bookings: Guests may make a booking up to 12 months in advance.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the arrival date will receive a full refund, minus an administration fee of $25.
Cancellation made with in 30 days forfeit deposit.
No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 7 days of arrival or for no-shows.
If you need to modify your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Park Rules & Guest Responsibilities
Guests must comply with all park rules, which will be provided upon arrival.
Noise levels must be kept to a minimum after 9pm to respect other guests.
Pets are allowed but must be supervised at all times.
Fires and barbecues must only be used in designated areas.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to park property and may be charged accordingly.
Children must be supervised at all times, and parents must take reasonable steps to ensure their children do not disturb other caravan park guests.
Cabin Occupation
Cabins are to be left clean and tidy, otherwise further charges may apply.
Cabins will be serviced for long stays every seven days from the date of check in (this includes linen change, towel change and re-supply of consumables). Caravan park property must not be removed from the cabins.
Vehicles/speed limit
Vehicles must be driven at 5km/h (walking pace) or slower. Washing of motor vehicles or boats within the caravan park is not permitted.
Security
Guests must secure items of value on or about their tent, caravan or cabin during the length of their stay.
Smoking
Guests and their visitors must comply with the applicable smoking laws at all times. There is to be
no smoking in any of the cabins at any time.
Use of caravan park facilities
Guests must use the provided facilities for its proper purpose, and must leave all facilities clean and tidy after use.
Water
Water usage must comply with the level of water restrictions at the time of stay.
Pets
Dogs are permitted in the caravan park but must be kept on a lead. Bona fi de, registered guide, hearing or assistance dogs where the owner has an identity card will be allowed off the lead.
Dump Point
The nearest dump point is at the Beaconsfield Recreational Ground in Beaconsfield (20 min drive).
Visitors
Guests are welcome to invite visitors to attend the caravan park during the hours of 7.30am and 10.00pm, but only on certain conditions.
Guest/s are responsible for the actions of their visitor/s. The Park Manager may remove an unruly or disruptive visitor from the caravan park.
Evacuation
In case of fire or other emergency, guests must follow evacuation procedures and the Park
Manager’s directions, and make their way to the evacuation assembly point as displayed throughout the caravan park
Noise, nuisance and illegal activity
At all times, noise must be kept to a minimum and guests must not cause a nuisance to other caravan park guests. No loud noise is acceptable before 8am and after 10pm.
Rubbish
Guests must bag and wrap their garbage before placing in the provided rubbish bins. Please
recycle where possible.
Electricity
Only one (1) extension cord with 15 amp lead and terminals shall be connected to the caravan park supply. Double adaptors in power heads are prohibited.
6. Liability & Disclaimer
Greens Beach Caravan Park is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property. Guests must secure items of value on or about their tent, caravan or cabin during the length of their stay.
Guests use the facilities at their own risk, and we accept no responsibility for any injury or accidents occurring within the park.
We reserve the right to refuse service or evict guests who do not comply with these terms or engage in inappropriate behavior.
7. Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellations, modifications, or interruptions due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, or pandemics.
8. Privacy Policy
All personal information provided during booking will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not share your details with third parties except as required by law.
9. Compliance with caravan park terms and conditions
Guests and their visitors must abide by all caravan park terms and conditions, and all verbal directions provided by the Park Manager. Failure to comply with the caravan park terms and conditions and/ or Park Manager’s directions will result in termination of the booking without refund and immediate eviction from the caravan park.
Indemnity, release and other conditions of stay
Guests agree to indemnify Council against all actions, claims, demands, loss, damage, injury, costs and expenses arising from the negligence or breach of these caravan park terms and conditions by guests or their visitors. Guests accept all responsibility for costs incurred as a result of damage, expense or loss of any kind caused by them or their visitors to the caravan park. Guests accept all responsibility, and acknowledge neither the Council nor its servants or agents can be held liable in anyway whatsoever, for any damage or theft to property belonging to guests or their visitors, including as a result of power supply being connected or disconnected to guests’ caravans/ motor homes/ tents.
